Why do I need to pay a setup fee?
The setup fee includes site survey, equipment, hardware and software installation,
testing and documentation.
Site Survey

A plan showing your computer(s) configuration as well as what, when
and how files are backed up.

Hardware
|
Backups involve putting your data onto another device outside of your
computer to make sure in the event of failure you have a copy. We use external Hard
Drives with specialist backup software to make sure it's all done automatically.

Software
|
We use some really clever software that does everything automatically, and
once it has been setup it will work, no questions asked! |
Setup
|
The setup fee includes time for an engineer to come to your office and set
up the solution on the selected computer(s) or laptop(s). They will install, configure
and fully test the equipment. |

What is Ghosting?
Ghosting is where we send one of our engineers out to your business
and they will make an exact copy of your system onto a disc or hard drive. The advantage
of this that if your system crashes you can restore it exactly back to the moment
when we ghosted it, so you will be back on your feet in under an hour.
